Welcome to Brilla Digital, a full-service email marketing company. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service Description

Brilla Digital offers a comprehensive range of email marketing services to help businesses connect with their customers and grow their brands. Our services include: Automation, Campaign creation, Marketing strategy, Integration, Contact management, and Training

2. Use of Service

 You may use our services only for lawful purposes and following these Terms of Service. You agree not to use our services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

• To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Brilla Digital, a Brilla Digital employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

3. Content

You are solely responsible for the content that you send through our services. You agree not to send any content that:

• Is defamatory, threatening, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience;

• Infringes any copyright, moral right, database right, trade mark right, right in passing off, or any other intellectual property right;

• Is in contempt of court;

• Is false, inaccurate, or misleading;

• Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous;

• Promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

• Involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, “spimming,” or “spamming”;

• Contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);

• Furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

• Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users;

• Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;

• Includes a photograph or video of another person that you have posted without that person’s consent.

4. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms of Service. If we terminate your use of our services, you will lose access to your account and all of the content you have stored in your account. We shall have no liability to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to our services.
